I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were wonderfully appointed with great blackout curtains and double-paned windows, an incredibly scrumptious breakfast included in the room rate, and a comfortable upscale ambiance featuring upscale robes, slippers, and bath products. The unique work of art in the room added a special touch. The service, from the employees and valet to the front desk clerk, restaurant staff, and bartender, really set this hotel apart as the best choice. The location was excellent, especially for theater buffs and those wanting to be in downtown Houston. While the neighborhood seemed a bit rougher than expected on weekends, I always felt safe. Dining at the Bistro Lancaster was a true culinary delight with farm-to-table products and a wide selection of delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, making my experience even more enjoyable.
